RMA Service Request Form

To request an RMA for your BIRD equipment, please fill out the form below. A Service Center representative will respond to your request within 24 hours. You can Pre-pay your order by providing a PO with your shipment or credit card info below in the comments section. Click on the Pricing file to see the flat rate pricing (the pages are broke up by product family, Press Control F to open the search box function, then type in your model number).
Credit Card info needs to include: Name, Code, Expiration Date, and Number.

Instructions and Addresses for International Return Shipments [Customs Broker]
All invoices should state "US GOODS RETURNED" and include a Value for Customs. If being returned for repair or calibration, please state: "US GOODS BEING RETURNED FOR REPAIR AND/OR CALIBRATION".
