MARK JOHNSON
PRESIDENT

Mr. Johnson was appointed President and CEO of Bird Technologies Group in February 2004. He has twenty-six years of management experience with multi-site, international, and P & L responsibility in several high technology companies serving the telecommunication industry. Mr. Johnson provides strategic leadership in advancing the business systems and providing direction to our focus on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and product innovation.

Mr. Johnson has a Master's of Science in Operations Management from Connecticut State University, and has completed the Advance Management Program at Harvard Business School.

DENNIS MORGAN
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND TREASURER

Mr. Morgan joined Bird Technologies Group in March 2003 and was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer in August 2004. He is responsible for all financial, human resources, information technology and administration functions of Bird.

Prior to joining Bird, Mr. Morgan was Vice President and Controller for Scott Fetzer Company in Westlake, Ohio and held the same title for Weatherhead Industries Inc in Beachwood, Ohio. Prior to these positions Mr. Morgan was Senior Manager at Ernst & Young LLP's Cleveland office audit practice where he started his career. Mr. Morgan is a Certified Public Accountant (Ohio) since 1982 and earned his Executive Masters in Business Administration from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administrations (Accounting major) from John Carroll University in University Heights, Ohio.

TERRENCE C. GRANT
VICE PRESIDENT, SALES

Mr. Grant joined Bird Technologies Group in December 2003 as Vice President of Sales for the TX RX Systems division. In October 2004, Mr. Grant was promoted to Vice President of Sales of Bird Technologies Group. He is currently responsible for sales management for all BTG brands, including Bird Electronic Corporation, TX RX Systems, Bird Component Products, and Bird Services. He has responsibility for managing the company's global sales channel strategy, including regional sales managers, manufacturer's representatives, distributors, and dealers across the company's seven distinct market segments. During Mr. Grant's tenure the company's global presence has expanded to include sales offices in Asia, Latin America and Europe. Additionally, he has led the company's successful introduction globally of new RF power sensors, a family of spectrum analyzers, signal boosters, and transmit combining systems.

Prior to joining BTG, Mr. Grant was a Director of Sales for Leica Microsystems. He holds a B.S. in Technical and Industrial Management from Widener University and an MBA from Canisius College.

THOMAS L. KUKLO
VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Mr. Kuklo was appointed Vice President of Business Development of Bird Technologies Group in October 2004 with direct responsibility for the company's marketing and product management efforts. In this role Mr. Kuklo is responsible for identifying and integrating strategic growth initiatives including new products, services, and markets. This has led to the company's recent expansion of its RF signal analysis, power measurement, RF signal combining and in-building coverage solutions product lines. Additionally, he is responsible for developing and maintaining the company's product and market roadmaps.

Mr. Kuklo joined Bird as Controller in March 1999. In 2002 he was promoted to the position of VP and General Manager with full P&L responsibility for the Bird Electronic Division. He holds a B.S. in Accounting and an MBA in Finance, both from the University of Akron. Prior to joining BTG, Mr. Kuklo held senior finance positions with Arrow International and The Hygenic Corporation.

EDWARD J. BARTOS, JR.
VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS

Mr. Bartos joined Bird Technologies Group in October 1999 as Director of Operations for the Bird Electronic Corporation division. Effective October 2004, he was promoted to Director of Operations for all of Bird Technologies Group. Mr. Bartos has direct responsibility for manufacturing operations, supply chain, manufacturing engineering, and test engineering for the company's four U.S. based facilities and its Suzhou, China facility. Mr. Bartos has been instrumental in driving the company's continuous process improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing, international supply chain management, and new product introductions. Additionally, he has led the company's efforts to vertically integrate its manufacturing operations to enhance the company's reputation for designing and producing the highest quality RF measurement and management equipment in the industry.

Prior to joining Bird, Mr. Bartos held several operations management positions with Solvera Particulate Controls and Allen Telecom. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Youngstown State University.

MICHAEL L. FETTO
VICE PRESIDENT, ENGINEERING

Mr. Fetto joined BTG as Director of Engineering at the TX RX Systems division in April 2002. Effective October 2004, he was promoted to Director of Engineering for all of Bird Technologies Group. In this position Mr. Fetto is responsible for the development, design and technological evolution of BTG's products and services. This technology encompasses RF power measurement and analysis, wireless communications systems, signal processing and software-based systems to support the diverse portfolio of BTG offerings.

With twenty-seven years of experience in the communications industry, Mr. Fetto previously served in senior management and technical positions at Aria Wireless Systems, Harris RF Communications, Comptek Telecommunications and Sierra Research Corporation. His industry contributions include circuit, software and system designs for mission-critical applications used by military, quasi-military, police, fire, EMS and financial service segments. He holds a U.S. patent and received a B.S.E.E. from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

W. STEVEN BEITSCHER
DIRECTOR OF QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Mr. Beitscher joined Bird Technologies Group in Jan 2006 as Director of Quality. Effective July 2007, the Customer Service Department also began reporting to Mr. Beitscher. Mr. Beitscher has the responsibility to lead and coordinate all aspects of the company's Quality Management and A2LA accredited ANSI/ISO 17025:2005 Metrology Systems and programs. He provides global system-wide direction and management of the company's ability to deliver highly reliable products and services, and lead the identification and improvement of systems, programs, processes, and practices to ensure Quality Excellence.

Prior to joining Bird, Mr. Beitscher held several research scientist and management positions at Hewlett Packard and Agilent Technologies. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado and is a certified 6 Sigma Black Belt trainer in both Motorola University and Break Through Management Group programs.
